Rain made two Wichita-area playoff games tense. Catch it Kansas reports 11th-seeded Goddard led Eisenhower 24-6 at halftime, then held off a Tigers rally that included two recovered onside kicks to win 38-35 in Class 5A. “I don't have any gray hairs anymore,” coach Tom Beaton said.

In 6A, Southeast beat Heights 8-0 in a wet, defensive game, two weeks after a 46-14 win over Heights. Ad Astra Radio and Sumner NewsCow have more final scores from around the region.
