The Wrap

A phone call from a lifelong Shocker fan turned into a new wall inside Koch Arena. Roger Scholfield watched Landry Shamet win an NBA title with the Knicks in June, then called athletic director Kevin Saal with an idea for a World Champions Wall honoring Dave Stallworth, Nate Bowman, Cliff Levingston, Fred VanVleet and more. Less than five months later, it's real. Not a bad return on one phone call.
