The Udall Historical Museum held a remembrance event on May 25 to mark the 70th anniversary of the deadly tornado that nearly leveled the town and claimed over 80 lives.

Survivors shared their memories and the museum unveiled a special room to emphasize the need for early warning systems — the event brought together hundreds of community members.
