  • Family and friends held a vigil Saturday night outside the Juvenile Intake Assessment Center in Wichita to remember Cedric Lofton, who died four years ago in custody; his brother said a federal appeals court ruling that lets a lawsuit move forward will set a jury trial for January.  KWCH
