CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A 41-year-old man died in an apparent hit-and-run early Friday morning on the eastbound on-ramp to Kellogg Drive from Tyler Road; he was found with severe head injuries (police arrived around 12:46 a.m.) and no suspect vehicle has been identified (investigation continues). KWCH
