CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ A Wichita train enthusiast is volunteering to maintain historic locomotives, ensuring that classic engines remain in operation for community use. The effort shows ongoing local dedication to preserving our railway heritage (a part of our shared history). KWCH
- ➤ Local band Nuclear Football won the first Riverfest Battle of the Bands at Wave on April 29–30 and will perform on the main stage on Friday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. The win gives them a $1,000 prize before headliners Sage the Gemini and Gym Class Heroes play. Wichita By E.B.
