- ➤ Travelers should get their Real ID before May 7th to avoid extra airport screenings that could delay flights—TSA officials expect about 300 unprepared passengers and note that new rules require proof of legal name, a Social Security number, and U.S. legal presence. KSN
- ➤ On Friday, law enforcement officers began checking drivers for drugs during 420 weekend as new roadside fluid instruments made it easier to spot impairment. KDOT said it sees more drug-related crashes on weekends and will use checkpoints (including oral tests) to enforce safe driving. KWCH
