Hydraulic and the victim was taken to hospital in critical condition.

Kansas Highway Patrol troopers received over $10,000 in power tools donated by Sedgwick County Sheriff Lt. Gill and local supporters — the tools will help them assist stranded drivers more quickly and safely.
