- ➤ Belle Plaine business owners Matt and Kelly Lyons returned safely to Wichita late Monday after being stranded in Puerto Vallarta amid cartel violence, and they thanked loved ones for their supportive messages back home. KWCH
- ➤ A week after wildfires burned over 300,000 acres in NW Oklahoma and SW Kansas, the Kansas Livestock Association is coordinating hay donations + truckers to deliver hay and cash contributions to support affected ranchers. One farming family near Kismet is facing nearly $1 million in damage. KWCH

- ➤ Bonding thru Board Games and Drew Woodworth will host a Riverfest Board Games Day on Sunday, May 31 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Century II Exhibition Hall (balcony area) as part of Riverfest Family Fun Day that offers free entry for kids 12 and under. Wichita By E.B.
- ➤ Danni Boatwright, a Kansas native and Survivor Season 11 winner, recalled key moments & strategies in an interview ahead of Survivor Season 50 airing on KWCH Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. The season will feature fan favorites from past seasons. KWCH
