- ➤ Kansas Insurance Commissioner Vicki Schmidt testified Monday in support of Senate Bill 409 to remove out-of-pocket costs for follow-up breast cancer screenings (including MRIs, ultrasounds, and diagnostic mammograms) after inconclusive mammogram results.
