  • Cheesecake Factory is targeting a fall opening in Wichita—local reports indicate the new restaurant will bring expanded dining choices to the community this season.  KWCH
  • The Cheesecake Factory is set to open at Bradley Fair in east Wichita fall 2026. The $3 million project will replace the former Outback Steakhouse location with a restaurant, bar + patio dining area.  KWCH
